Gurmat Gian Group's organisers with the winner's team, Bhai Mani Singh Alwar.

Jaipur: September 21, 2019, at 09:00, am the final cricket match of Khalsa Cricket Cup, Jaipur between the teams Bhai Taru Singh Jaipur and Bhai Mani Singh Alwar was held on Saturday, 21 Sep. 19 Sports Complex Rajasthan University Jaipur at 09:00 in the morning. 

Bhai Taru Singh Jaipur captain won the toss and elected to bat first. The start was disastrous. The opening batsman caught out by Malkeet Singh in the very first over. After losing three more wickets about one hour the team “Bhai Taru Singh Jaipur” with the captain the situation took a bright turn. The then team carried the score to 90 when players Pardhan Singh out by a difficult catch at the square leg.

Wickets then began to fall in quick succession and Bhai Taru Singh Jaipur all out for 112 runs. 

The then came Bhai Mani Singh Alwar. Their opening pair started shakily and the opening player Amarjit Singh Titu run out in the first over. After making 63 runs and many dot bowls they the team lose the hope to win the match. One of the player Amajeet Singh (Nikka) turns the match at the time. The match turned four times the team needed 20 runs on 24 bowls, 19 runs on 18 bowls, and again it needed to win 6 runs on 6 bowls, being very excited the player Amarjeet Singh (Nikka) hit the six and he made the team won. 

Amarjit Singh (Nikka) was declared man of the match, he earned the shield of the man of the match and the best player.

S. Ajaypal Singh honoured the teams the winner's team was given the cheque of 7100 with the several prises. The man of the match and best player price goes to Amarjeet Singh (Nikka) and the captain Amarjeet Singh Titu was honoured also.

The second team’s captain Balvindra Singh honoured by 5100 a cheque and with the several prises.

The Khalsa Cricket Cup is such a first initiative in Jaipur by the Gurmat Gian Group, which is being run by Jasveer Singh for the last 20 years in the Gurdwara GTB Nagar Jaipur where he has trained several Sikh youths in Gurmat gian. And this program is also organized by Gurmat Gian Group Jaipur. 

The organisers were Jasveer Singh Ji, Jitender Singh, Amrit Singh, Jasvinder Singh, Bulbul Singh, Kulvinder Singh, Sukhbir Singh, and Robin Singh.

In the video interview, S. Ajaypal Singh said: The Sikligar Sikhs will be helped, whatever they need and they are yet being helped by them the whether it is education or any kind of help. While talking to him he said that the youth who are playing cricket, hockey or any of the game and the students who are studying in the schools or colleges they will be helped. Meanwhile watching the match in the ground he said that he is very happy to see them playing and organizing such initiatives by the youth.
