Maharastra: Also Refused NRC and CAA to implement
Yet nine states have refused to implement NCR (National Citizenship Amendment Act) and CAA (Citizenship Amendment Act), opposition parties were refusing the act yet but now the parties or the state's candidates who were in favour of the act, are also refusing to implement.

The state’s CMs are saying, both acts are against the
fundamental rights of people and this is low which shows the discrimination
against one in the country.
Finance Minister, Sitharaman in her one of the speech
said that state cannot refuse to implement NRC and CAA. On the other side, she
proofed that a total of 2,838 Pakistani nationalists, 914 from Afghanistan and
172 Bangladesh they all have received the citizenship in all this includes 566
Muslims; she said.
The stats which have refused to implement this low, and
said that the low is “unconstitutional.” They will not bother the citizens by
imposing the low, which is discriminated, against secularism for the one.
The people, women, children and the youths have started
to come on the roads.
When America asked Muslims for register
President Donal Trump asked Muslims to register, in
November 2015. But some were not in favour of him. New York mayor, Bill De Blasio
in 2016 said: Here’s my promise to you as your Mayor. We will use all the tools
at our disposal to and up for our people. If all Muslims are required to
register we will take legal action to block it.
This was the speech given by the New York mayor in favour
of the Muslims.
The state that refused to implement CAA and NRC
There are yet nine states that have refused the central
government for implementing this low in the state. The first state was Kerala
where there is a Congress Party led by Pinarayi Vijayan, who went to the
supreme court to challenge the Citizenship Amendment Act.
Kerala
Kerala was the first to challenge the CAA and moved to
the Supreme Court (SC). CM Kerala said that there are concerns, anxieties,
among the people and that need to stop and there for the CAA has to cancel. He
also said that the state will not provide for any detention centre will not
take any action concerning any building, data collection and no political
support given to this by the state.
Punjab
Punjab CM on January 17 said that that they have sent the
draft to the central government to make changes in CAA and which will be
acceptable to everyone. The centre is being carried out now. Every citizen will
be counted whether they are Muslim, Hindu, Sikh or Christian, said Punjab CM
Amrinder Singh in Chandigarh.
West Bengal
In December, West Bengal CM Mamta Banerji said that they
will also not implement the NCR and CAA in the state which is against the
fundamental rights of the citizens, discriminate the one and is
unconstitutional.
Delhi
CM Arvind Kejriwal said that they will not allow this low
to be implemented in the Capital. Even though both houses have passed the bill
and they will continue to oppose.
CM Kamal Nath and Bhupesh Bagel
Both states Chattisgarh and Madhyapradesh CMs refused the
implement CAA and NRC. MP CM Kamal Nath said that “we talk about federalism, is
this federalism? Because they have the majority in parliament?” such a
legislature has to come, the congress never accepted this and whatever the
decision congress will take MP (Madhya Pradesh) will stand and follow that:
said MP CM.
Chattisgarh CM Bhupesh Bagel said that “whatever decision
was taken by INC (Indian National Congress) has taken we will work on and
follow that.”
Whatever the decisions have been taken by all these
states this show that they will work on the demands of the people living in
these states. As the non-BJP states are going against these this new bill
passed by parliament, the state which is being ruled by the RSS such as
Maharastra is also refusing to implement the new low.
This is the right solution
